Hillclimb

Very popular in England, hill climbs were the test of a car’s pulling ability as well as its speed and power. A driver with one or more passengers would start at the bottom of a hill and see how quickly they could race to the top. The Vauxhall shown here is totally original, having been stored in a barn for many years. The body is made of aluminum and is in remarkable condition.
